You can’t get an appointment for at least four weeks if you want to see your own doctor and they can’t get prescriptions right - I am now on my fourth attempt and required to stand in the waiting room until the prescription clerk deigns to ask a doctor if they can get it right this time.

If I could change doctors surgery I would can not get an appointment it’s a 3weeks wait !! There are to many patients on the books and keep accepting more! I got told to go to A&E.

Came for an over 50s health screen. Although the focus was on probability of heart attack/stroke was surprised that in the general health section no mention made of mental health issues. Seems a good opportunity with a patient infront of you to have a quick chat

With the odd exception the drs are good but the receptionists fall into two categories very helpful, a small in height but larger lady being one and a younger lady and the prescription clerk but the rest are obstructive with the default answer being no go some where else! Are they under that much pressure? Or just forgetting they are there to help us not get rid of us?

I had no need to deal with the receptionists as I had booked online, but the system forces me to make a comment before I can continue
